WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Service followup meeting with our responsible users
- Work meeting with the service provider to follow up on the contracted service levels.
- Coordinate with the different areas of SGT to solve root incidents and not affect the end user
- Bachelor' s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in attention and management of microcomputer incidents
- Good verbal, listening and written communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external clients in a clear, focused, and concise manner
- Solid customer service skills
- Have a positive "can do" attitude and be willing to go for the extra mile to meet the goals
