What you'll do?

Cloud native operations Services shall cover the activities associated with managing the virtual machine instances, storage and network supporting Customer workloads (e.g., internal, and external business functionality) in inscope Customer's AWS public clouds.
Virtual machine management Services are the activities associated with managing the virtual machine instances, storage and network supporting Customer workloads (e.g., internal, and external business functionality) in inscope Customer AWS public clouds.
Virtual machine management Services are the activities associated with managing the virtual machine instances, storage and network supporting Customer workloads (e.g., internal, and external business functionality) in inscope Customer AWS public clouds.
Backup and recovery Services are the activities associated with providing ongoing backup and recovery capabilities according to Customer schedules and requirements.

What you'll bring:

Operations and administration Services are the activities associated with the daytoday operation and management of Customer's AWS public cloud environments.
PaaS operations Services are the activities associated with deploying a set of practices tailored to the in scope public cloud PaaS services.
Database Services are the activities associated with the installation, maintenance, and support of the Customer inscope AWS cloud native databases (e.g., RDS, and Non-RDS, Public Cloud SQL) and Snowflake. These Services shall also consist of that the Supplier manage data (e.g., database performance, data recovery and integrity) at a database instance level.
Supplier shall provide database administration for the inscope Customer's public cloud database environment. Database administration is outlined in Schedule 3 and shall comprise of the aspects of database administration such as database installation, configuration, startup, shutdown, managing downtime related to patching, upgrades, backups, restores, refreshes, tuning, imports and exports of data, continuous database performance improvements, and maintenance, and collaboration with development teams in deployment of performance/load test artifacts operations assurance.
