    **Description**

    **Key Responsibilities:**


    • Maintains direct communication with other KCS departments to ensure marketing and sales plans align with other departments.

    • Manages customer relationships with key current and future customers, partners, and stakeholder organizations to achieve business strategy.

    • Effectively communicates terms of sale and collaborates with key stakeholders to execute account and commodity sales strategy.

    • Serves as main contact for assigned customers.

    • Develops account strategies and plans.

    • Plans and owns revenue and contributions analysis; forecasts market outlook for area of responsibility.

    • Develops creative solutions and makes good value trades during negotiations.

    • Optimizes market share, meets yield, price, total revenue targets, and standards.

    • Handles business development activities within business unit.

    • Exemplifies CPKC Vision, Values, and Culture interactions with coworkers, business partners, customers, and stakeholders.

    **Requirements:**


    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a job-related major field of study.

    • Minimum five years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Bilingual in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.

    **Preferred Qualifications:**


    • Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

    • KCS network experience, specifically in sales, marketing, customer relations, rail, or logistics.

    **Work Conditions:**


    • This position has a regular full-time schedule with a normal work week of Monday through Friday.

    • May require occasional work after hours or weekends.

    • Mínimal travel up to 10% of the time.
