    Key responsibilities for this role include :

    Data analysis and monitoring :

    Collect, analyze and synthesize data related to sales activities and sales team performance.

    Use tools and metrics to evaluate sales force performance, identify trends and areas for improvement.

    Develop processes and procedures :

    Collaborate with sales and management teams to develop and improve processes and procedures related to sales activities.

    Establish standards and best practices to optimize sales force efficiency and effectiveness.

    Training and development :

    Provide training and support to sales teams in the effective use of sales tools and technologies.

    Change management and continuous improvement :

    Identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes, systems and practices.

    Lead change initiatives and continuous improvement projects to optimize sales force efficiency and effectiveness.

    Cross-departmental collaboration :

    Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, operations and finance, to align business strategies and processes.

    Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales teams and other departments to ensure effective delivery of products and services to customers.

    The minimum qualifications for this role are :

    Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Management, or related field.

    Proficiency in English and Spanish.

    3 years healthcare / pharmaceutical corporation (preferable).

    3 years experience in the position.
