We're looking for a
Salesforce Admin Support:

Work with users to understand, reproduce, diagnose and resolve technical and configuration issues related to Salesforce.
Redirect users to appropriate knowledge base and selfhelp articles.
Consistently document discussions and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
Maintain composure in stressful situations, and respond to customer needs quickly and effectively.
Experience working as a Support Engineer
Experience working on ServiceNow
Experience working with integrations to SAP
Experience working on Quote solutions
