We're looking for a
Salesforce Admin Support:


  • Work with users to understand, reproduce, diagnose and resolve technical and configuration issues related to Salesforce.
  • Redirect users to appropriate knowledge base and selfhelp articles.
  • Consistently document discussions and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain composure in stressful situations, and respond to customer needs quickly and effectively.
  • Experience working as a Support Engineer
  • Experience working on ServiceNow
  • Experience working with integrations to SAP
  • Experience working on Quote solutions
