Network Access Service Delivery Team Lead,

Requirements:

The main task of a team leader is to manage a team of IT engineers in a way that enables the continuous delivery of network services within the scope of supported services, meeting specified SLAs.

In addition to tasks related to system administration, the team leader is responsible for managing people - handling time, training, maintaining a suitable atmosphere, providing support, and motivating them in the performance of their daily duties.

Skill

Min 5 years of professional experience at similar position
Knowledge and excellent understanding of related business processes and infrastructure technology for responsible service area
Good knowledge of project management
Good knowledge in Network Technology and Network Administration (LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN)
Good knowledge of service controlling and financial /license management for services
Very good English skills
Project Management and selforganization skills
Leadership experiences (especially leading global teams), leading by example, staff motivation, Staff evaluation and development
Intercultural experiences
