Job Description:

The contract manager should be able to manage more than one project at the time, main activities are:

  • Understanding and managing our contract with the client
  • Knowledge of the prime contract with the client
  • Meeting with the client to agree on several project execution topics
  • Formalizing minutes of the meeting celebrated with the clients
  • Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales
  • Agreeing budgets and timescales with the client
  • Managing construction schedules and budgets
  • Orienting internal teams to understand and use the contract
  • Attending site meetings to monitor progress
  • Draft client communications
  • Acting as point of contact for clients, site and project managers
  • Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
  • Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards
  • Liaising with technical and financial staff, subcontractors, legal teams and the client's own representatives
  • Overseeing invoicing during project execution and even at the end of a project
  • Working onsite and in an office.
  • These activities should include work with subcontractors.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications

  • BS/BA + 8 YEARS or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Experience:


  • Experience in infrastructure projects
  • Land road projects
Preferences

  • Degree in law
  • 10 years of experience
