In this Unilever mission, being able to deliver winning strategies with an Omnichannel approach is critical to connect and keep consistency across every touchpoint with customers and shoppers as a driver of our growth and overall success in the Traditional Trade channel & top customers like Oxxo, Fragua, 7eleven, 3B, etc.


As the DSD CSP Strategy Manager for Unilever Ice Cream, you'll lead and shape the thinking around how to drive the growth and strategy for Ice cream category in all out of home channels such as Traditional Trade, Convenience, Drugstores and Leisure.

You will be a part of the Customer Development team for Ice Cream and will help drive Omnichannel as the standard way of thinking.

You'll help lead strategy on how our brands win offline and online and support the overall team to execute this strategy with excellence.

What You'll Do


This person is responsible for driving the Omnichannel Customer strategy and planning of Self service store channel and Last milers in connection with our sales, finance, supply planning and marketing teams.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Create and execute design for channel strategy
  • Data driven channel ́s yearly activity planning for category growth and competitiveness
  • 6P execution across channels and customers
  • Competitor and customer insights analysis
  • Innovation Deployment
  • Active role and leadership in key business forums
  • Lead the pricing and promotion setting process of key customers and channels.
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Lead special projects to improving channel performance
  • Upskill team potential and capabilities



¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE?


Experiência

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field (Master's Degree welcomed)
  • 5+ years' experience in trade marketing, customer development or related field (experience working with traditional trade, convenience and drugstore channels is a plus)
  • 1+ year of experience in Ecommerce
  • 3+ year of experience managing high performing teams and talent
  • Experience in DSD (direct store delivery) business model is a plus
  • Advanced English
