POSITION OBJECTIVE
Create a feasible production plan according the customer requirements, considering installed capacity at our facility.

Monitor demand changes, and long-term volume scenarios vs capacity installed, able to deliver efficient, effective and flexible solutions to meet customer requirements.

Monitor engine and machining inventory levels according our polices.


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure parameters accuracy in SAP for all the materials assigned according Planning Strategy.
Ensure shipping compliance and monitor production due dates according our production plan.
MD06 daily maintenance and set actions needed on exception codes. (Machining)
Ensure timely, accurate and pertinent escalation of risk to supply engines.
Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Maintain close and constant communication with key support areas.
Take ownership production issues that arise, including BO or any retrofit.
Support and understand production challenges, implement action plans to secure manufacturing ops.
Support continuous improvement initiatives (Internally).
Monitor engine backflush. Gearbox and machining confirmation process.
Take overall responsibility for Obsolescence and Overstock governance.
Work with cross functional teams to deliver effective solutions. (BRP benefit mindset)
Ensure engine production is met and deliveries are made on time. Based on original MRP schedule.
Work with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute on costumer meetings and negotiations to ensure demand is met in case of capacity constraints.
Work closely with the planning team in a hand to hand effort to fulfill production requirements.
Accuracy and maintenance daily of Standard Work Activities.
Follow BRP values and behaviors.
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policy.

MD06 (machining)

Premium Freights


Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business or similar.


Experience:

Min. 2 years' experience in material planner or logistics (similar roles)


Language:

Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.


English written and verbal (Min: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
