    Manufacturing Production Process Engineering focuses on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods including:

    •Designing arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout

    •Designing the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions

    •Conducting tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting/solving production problems

    •Providing guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques

    •Ensuring that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The Process Validation Technician in Production will be given product analyzing tasks from:

  • Ensure machines capacity to achieve daily goals.
  • Failures in Process and reduction of scrap.
  • To solve a new and unknown problem in the production.
  • Work together with quality those criteria that are not defined for the resolution of visual problems.
  • Rejections in the projects inspections which cause is not known.
  • Evaluation and study of movements and times for a better balance in production lines.
  • Design, run, test and upgrade systems or processes, such as poka-yokes, fixtures, etc.
  • Create, edit and maintain necessary documentation to explain how process or products must be done.
  • REQUIREMENTS:

  • Engineer degree in the Mechanical, Electronic or Industrial areas.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the Engineering, validation and transfers area.
  • Experience in problem solving techniques
  • Proven ability to organize teams and projects.
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office
