    Job Description Job description Coordinate the intricate logistics of material delivery, meticulously adhering to established procedures, for both national and international customers.

    This entails overseeing the seamless transportation of goods, ensuring timely arrivals at designated destinations.

    Additionally, orchestrate the meticulous documentation process and facilitate the smooth export of products, all conducted promptly and in strict accordance with the specifications and incoterms outlined by the customer.

    • Ensure on-time shipment schedule with customers (coordinating transportation for all types of shipments).
    • Ensure timely follow-up on complete deliveries with customers.
    • Generation and sending of correct shipping documents.
    • Expense recording and sending of RCs to suppliers.
    • Filling out incident reports, shipment status reports.
    • Documentation control - archiving shipment evidence.
    • Coordination of material returns (if applicable).
    • Compliance with WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
    • Compliance with quality management system policies, procedures.
    • Compliance with safety policies, procedures.

    Supervisory Responsibility Attend to customer service shipping requirements Request and coordinate the placement of transportation for both domestic and foreign shipments.

    Generate documents and send the documentation to the different customs agents to be able to export the merchandise.

    Generate documents and deliver to Service Center for loading and dispatching of the trucks being loaded Generate the registration of shipping costs within the system.

    Coordinate with suppliers the shipment of raw material and/or products for their importation. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, international relations, international business, or related field of study
    Preferred Qualifications 3-5 year in the area of logistics and distribution Knowledge in export and import operations.
