    ¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión?

    Como Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer, formarás parte de nuestro equipo de Engineering y trabajarás junto a otros 3 ingenieros de distintos niveles de experiencia y un Sr. Tech Lead. Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

    • Desarrollar nuevos features y refactores en el código para mantener baja la deuda técnica.
    • Asistir a otros ingenieros para asegurar que tengan buenas prácticas y sigan nuestras políticas de calidad.
    • Trabajar estrechamente con el área de Product para definir y implementar nuevas funcionalidades.

    Responsabilidades

    • Desarrollar código limpio y bien probado.
    • Mejorar el código existente para que sea fácil de mantener, entender y escalar.
    • Realizar revisiones de código para asegurar que el equipo sigue las mejores prácticas de POO y garantizar la calidad del código.
    • Optimizar el rendimiento de la aplicación y resolver problemas de escalabilidad.
    • Trabajar con el equipo y los usuarios para entender sus necesidades y resolver problemas.

    Requisitos

    • Experiencia mínima de 5 años trabajando con un framework como Ruby on Rails, Django o Laravel.
    • Experiencia mínima de 2 años trabajando profesionalmente con Ruby on Rails.
    • Familiaridad con pruebas unitarias y funcionales.
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en español.
    • Nivel avanzado de comprensión en inglés.
    • Residir en México.

    ¿Qué ofrecemos?

    • Sueldo entre $120,000 y $160,000 MXN mensuales.
