Your tasks

Manage and coordinate the area's resources (personnel, machinery, equipment, budget) based on the Quality, Cost and Safety Objectives, to guarantee compliance with the production ticket.

Profile:

Bachelor ́s degree in engineering or related.
Previous experience in a similar position as production leader.
Previous experience in automotive / metal mechanic industry.
Problem solving tools.
Advanced level of english ( B2 or upper level )
KPI ́s management
In administration of employed and unionized personnel.
