Requisitos:

• Inglés intermedio
• Mínimo 3 años de experiência como carnicero / deshuesador / sacrificio de animales
• Preparatoria terminada
• Físicamente apto y capaz de levantar aprox. 23kg / 50lbs.
• Pasaporte con al menos 5 años de vigencia

Your days will include:

• Perform hog slaughtering tasks (evisceration, hide removal, etc.).
• Butcher and package pork primal cuts to meet specific valueadded standards for local, national, and international premium markets.
• Uphold our rigorous sanitation protocols.
