In order to drive forward the strategic growth of our globally active company, we founded the F. Morat México production plant in 2015.

We are targeting annual sales of $20 million in 2026 and will continue to increase our workforce along the way.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Supply Chain coordinator who will grow with us and actively shape the future of F.

Morat México.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

Business Administration/Economics studies related
Several years of professional experience focused on Supply Chain
Profound knowledge of international commerce regulations.
IMMEX program
Good IT Skills to handle Office (advanced Excel) and ERP systems
High level of written and spoken English
High degree of Entrepreneurial thinking
Resilience & Team spirit

Position summary
Total control over demand, production, and inventory (Raw material, Working in process and Finished goods)

Performance management through metrics (Key Performance Indicators)
Development of key strategies to assure assertive negotiations (terms and conditions) with customers and suppliers
Mentoring and supporting team growth
Responsible for timely import and export operations
Contribute with realistic information for the annual business plan and needed forecasts
