Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer II to join our Tijuana, Mexico team.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

Perform tests and evaluations of components and product designs, report results within the established program.
Make reports on the discovery of any problem or system failure. Analyze the test results of the tools and take on technical problems. Initiate design changes and provide engineering support to assess customer needs and resolve field problems.
Run automated stability tests on the assigned system(s) and collect data, issue a report summarizing activity and data collection.
Responsible for integrating server hardware and software along with client software and verifying system functionality.
Maintain configurations for the support test team and servers.
Design tests and prepare the test plan for the characteristic functionality of the assigned system by detailing the design, interacting with the function designer(s), having a knowledge of the product/system and industry standards.
Develop conceptual and detailed proofofconcept solutions for new and existing product and component designs.
Generate the required documentation of product development and engineering assistance.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Mechanical/Industrial engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in similar position.
Very strong analytical skills coupled with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Experience in test platforms base on Teststand/Labview/CVI.
Linux/Unix systems basics.
Knowledge in RF analog/digital circuits and measurement test equipment.
ICT/Flying probe testing, modification, develop and debugging test plans.
PCBA high density failure analysis. (i.e, FPGA, uC, IC, programmable divices, etc)
Strong digital literacy in MS Office.
Statistical analysis skills, DoE, G&R, CPK.
English: Proficient
