Our Mexico affiliate is looking for a talented Feasibilty Manager.- We invite you to join Novo Nordisk México, a successful affiliate and market leader that is focused on improving the quality of the life of people with Diabetes, Obesity, Hemophilia and Growth Hormone Disorders.


The position:

Lead feasibility process and in accordance with central patient allocation process and provide input to relevant stakeholders at different levels (e.g. SSU team, CDC COM, CARS team) in close cooperation with Affiliate CRM, and CMM


Responsibilities:


  • Lead crossfunctional review and input on trial portfolio updates in close cooperation with relevant SSU stakeholders
  • Obtain the data supporting feasibility assessments on site/country levels
  • Build and maintain sound knowledge of local patient treatment pathways, competitor trials and the clinical research environment for relevant TAs
  • Lead site identification process, ensuring involvement of relevant internal stakeholders
  • Develop new sites, including required KOL involvement in cooperation with CMM

Qualifications

  • University degree in Pharmacobiologist Chemist, Pharmaceutical Engineer, Biologist, Physician or similar related to health science.
  • 3 years of experience in operational aspects of conducting clinical trials
  • Market knowledge and management, with previous experience in strategy and project design.
  • Therapeutic knowledge, demonstrated understanding of diseases and treatments
  • Ability to communicate with impact, and build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all organisational levels
  • Strong analytical skills with IT proficiency
  • Advanced level of English is required.
