Role Purpose:
- Ensure that internal business operations are executed in accordance with prevailing rules, blueprint and design principles._
- Assisting in the management of developmental activity for team members and manage their work schedules to ensure optimum coverage for stakeholders._
- Seek continuous improvements in efficiency of service provision and cost effectiveness of operations._
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the information available in the portfolio management systems is reliable and timely.
- Assignment and monitoring of trades and transactions until their settlement.
- Investment Restrictions Coding and Monitoring.
- Monitoring the different Controls in order to maintain them updated and valid.
- Reconciliations (Cash and Holdings).
- Problem Solving.
- Process enhancement.
Principal knowledge:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountant / Administration
- Financial Sector (Mutual Funds, Repo, Fixed Income, Equities and Derivatives)
- Regulation applicable to Mutual Funds and Insurance.
- 2 years of experience in similar functions (Middle / Back Office.
