Recepcionist/Personal Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agenda Management: Coordinate and manage the agenda for meetings and appointments. Ensure availability and preparation for scheduled meetings.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparation of documents and presentations. Manage correspondence and coordinate mailings and deliveries.
  • Travel Coordination: Book and coordinate travel, including flights and accommodations. Prepare itineraries and ensure efficient travel.
  • Front Desk Management: Maintain an organized and professional reception area. Manage the receipt and delivery of packages and correspondence. Interdepartmental
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication. Act as a liaison between management and staff.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or Personal Assistant (24 years).
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously.
  • Professionalism and executive presentation.
