This position serves the Intercompany Planning Function, part of Central Materials / Business Systems Logistics.

The Intercompany Planning Team Leader will ensure the transfer of products and services across Aerostructures sites to support SIOP.


Job responsibilities:


  • Review and implement key process indicators to control purchase orders and sales orders creation and maintenance.
  • Account for intercompany supply and demand alignment between sites.
  • Track and manage critical parts, recovery plans, work transfers and new product introductions.
  • Review planning parameters and pricing compliance per Materials and Finance policies.
  • Collaborate with value streams, site leadership and central functions to drive continuous improvement activities.
  • Oversee corrective and preventive countermeasures aligned with QCPC processes.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Administration or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in planning, vendor scheduling, demand analysis, BOM, ECN and ERP processes knowledge.
  • Customer focus, analytical thinking, readily adapt to change
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Knowledge in ERP/MRP system, SAP knowledge is highly preferred
  • Lean Manufacturing knowledge: PDCA Problem Solving Cycle, 5 Whys, Takt Time, 5S, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping and Kanban
