Cloud Customer Success Engineer
Duration: 12 months contract

- Deploy our Cloud Security solutions for customers.
- Coach and Assist customers on establishing and managing their Cloud Security Change Management/Governance/ Center of Excellence program.
- Assist customers in implementing custom integrations and workflows to ensure our solutions are fully integrated into their security operations center.
- Be the first line of defence in solving customer support requests, and coordinating and prioritizing timely resolutions with engineering teams.
- Serve as a customer advocate in influencing product roadmap and improvements.
- Identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals and work with the account team to build a risk mitigation plan or escalate as needed.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately map features and associated business benefits to address their needs.
- Be the Go-To customer specialist on public cloud security solutions and become a Subject Matter expert over time
Required Skills:
- 410 years of experience with Public Cloud platforms, preferably Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.
- Experience with CloudFormation, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, and/or GCP Cloud Deployment Manager Templates.
- Good Understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with using APIs in an automated fashion.
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management/Role Based Access Control, Data Security specific to cloud infrastructures.
- Good understanding of DevSecOps concepts and how to implement them.
- Experience with cloud networking models and connectivity, network security, virtualization, and cloud computing.
- Basic understanding of Cyber Security industry Compliance Standards/Best Practices (i.e. PCI-DSS, HIPAA, CIS Benchmarks, etc.).
- Expertise with container orchestration services, preferably Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, e.g. Jenkins, Docker, Gitlab, Chef, Ansible, or OpenShift.
- Basic understanding of SQL language, Cloud provider specific CLI commands (AWS CLI, Azure CLI, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Single Sign On capabilities/tools (Identity Providers such as Okta, Azure AD, Google, OneLogin, etc.).
- Ability to write/debug Python scripts would be a plus.
- Additional Cloud Provider Experience: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Alibaba Cloud would be a plus.
- Knowledge with third party security infrastructure tools (i.e. ServiceNow, Splunk, JIRA, Tenable, etc.) would be a plus.
- Ability to deliver complex solutions in large customer environments individually or as a team leader.
- Experience in customerfacing roles.
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, and to prioritize tasks accordingly.
Salary:
$65, $80,000.00 per month
