Job summary
We're looking for a Brand & Visual Communications Manager to help drive the transformation of XtendOps from a traditional outsourcing company into a tech-forward AI BPO.We support four functions: Marketing & Commercial (sales enablement), Social Media, Graphic Design and Video/Photo.
The successful candidate will own the evolution and expression of the XtendOps/XO brand across all touchpoints,
- Help define and maintain our new brand identity as we transition into an AI BPO and tech company.
- Lead and mentor the design team (graphic, social, visual support for video/web).
- Partner closely with marketing sales leadership to translate positioning decks visuals digital experiences that actually help close deals.
