    About the Role

    • This role is focused on implementing leading practice standards of quality in software development and testing processes. You will use your experience to identify and resolve defects, optimise performance, and enhance user experience.

    • Leading end-to-end Loyalty and Digital Engagement program testing

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science
    • 5 years of experience with 5-8 years of experience preferred
    • Oral and written proficiency in English required

    Skills Required For This Position

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
    • Proven experience in software testing and automation, with a focus on UI automation.
    • Strong knowledge of UI automation frameworks such as Playwright, Robot Framework, Selenium, Cypress.
    • Proficiency in one or more programming languages preferably JavaScript, React, NodeJS, Java, Python.
    • Proficiency in API automation – REST, GraphQL, Postman and mocking solutions
    • Thorough knowledge on Web Application Architectures
    • Exposure to latest Gen AI tools
    • Proficient in Data Testing
    • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Experience with cloud-based testing solutions and environments.
    • Familiarity with BDD/TDD practices and tools (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow).
    • Knowledge of E2E, Functional, Performance and Security testing concepts.
