SAP Consulting Generalist

PwC Mexico is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP consulting generalist to join our team. As a member of our business application consulting practice, you will work with clients to analyse their needs and implement software solutions that drive operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.

About the Role

• Analyse client needs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Implement software solutions across various SAP applications
• Provide training and support to ensure seamless integration and utilisation
• Lead projects from planning to execution and completion
• Partner with team leadership to ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and expertise
• Address conflicts or issues and engage in difficult conversations as needed

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in SAP consulting or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
