    • Packaging Capabilities for the Latin America region
    • Packaging Lead for Beverage, Gum, Candy and Meals (BGCM) category across the Latin America region
    • Global Capabilities lead for BGCM category

    Your focus will be packaging capabilities across categories on innovation, sustainability, productivity and brand renovation programs across the 4 Business Units (WACAM, Mexico, Brazil Southern Cone).

    You will be a senior single point of contact for Packaging within the region and responsible for prioritizing the Packaging resources across the BUs to develop and execute innovation and renovation programs.

    Additionally, you will oversee all packaging needs for the BGCM category at a regional Latin America level, as well as leading capabilities for the category globally.

    The leader translates business strategy into technical plans, innovation platforms, and key programs to deliver on expected growth and financial targets utilizing robust consumer insights and technical strategies.

    This role will lead change and mobilize the packaging organization in a changing environment, solving business problems with enterprise thinking.

    You will be accountable to deliver packaging components of Business Units' AC, SP,and 4-2-1 Innovation funnel across LA and develop capabilities across the team in support of the global packaging vision and digital first approaches; develop and drive the agenda for Packaging as it relates to building capability for LA talent development; coach and develop talent pipeline within the Region.
