Principales
Responsabilidades:

Apoyo administrativo:

Apoyo en trabajo administrativo de HR para todos los HRM ́s: generación de requisiciones, incidencias, analytics.
On boarding para new hires para corporativo, agenda sesiones, visita a tiendas, a Cedis, etc. Coordinación de todas las agendas y envio de invitaciones para asegurar que el new hire tenga una gran experiência de on boarding.
Proceso contratación, solicitud y seguimiento de documentos para new hires
Realización de órdenes de compra
Learning Execution
Ejecución de programas de capacitación y desarrollo para la población de corporativo
Buscar y coordinar proveedores
Agendar sesiones de entrenamiento, follow up de participación
Llevar la base de datos de capacitación / analytics
Business Partner
HRBP para el área de Customer Service (HC 20)
Preparación de ofertas salariales para población de ventas
Perfil & Competencias
Experiência de 2 a 3 años en áreas de Recursos Humanos
Excel avanzado
Ingles intermedioavanzado
