• Business requirements analysis, Identify/resolve process gap
• Understand the business process and translate into system specific processes
• Independently lead grooming sessions with business users to document requirements
• Collaborate with business team and help build business case
• Design, develop and document process maps and data flow diagrams.
• Participate in initial testing, build test plan, and support business user testing
• Work closely with Dev team to discuss and explain process
  YOU MUST HAVE 6+ years total IT experience with good stakeholder management 4+ years working in Salesforce eco system 2 + years working on PRM (Partner Relationship Management)
• Developed Technical design document highlighting platforms, tools, and process
• Build Wireframes, conduct POC's and design high level integration patterns
• Lead and guide the Development team to develop solutions
• Excellent working knowledge of Agile processes
