    We are looking for a Web Marketing Specialist (Web Marketing) to join our team to help with new website client onboarding. This position will work with legal professionals and law firm clients through the build-out of their websites and going over the best practices for their success.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Information Systems, or related field.
    • Advanced English proficiency, verbal and written (C1/C2 level or equivalent)
    • Previous experience in a client services role (e.g., call center) is a plus.
    • Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in office/productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace)
    • Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet challenging deadlines.
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office while constantly maintaining a friendly and positive can-do attitude.

    Bonus Points:

    • Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals.
    • Previous experience in a client services role (e.g., customer support, account management) is a plus.
    • Previous experience managing an online presence for a business (e.g., managing social media for a brand, updating website content, or handling online business listings) is a strong plus.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Be the primary point of contact for new clients, managing the relationship to ensure top-level support and client satisfaction.
    • Handle client onboarding.
    • Professionally manage all client support communications via email.
    • Provide website CMS (or platform) training to new clients.
    • Review website content during the build and provide suggestions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are completed accurately and in a timely fashion thus driving client satisfaction.
