We are looking for a Facilities Director
The purpose of this position is to serve as the primary client contact for delivery of facilities management services and manage multiple facilities management functions


RESPONSABILITIES

  • Directs facility management staff to deliver service levels within the prescribed budget to the client
  • Reviews client's strategic plans and determines appropriate staffing levels to meet expectations.
  • Reviews capital project and operating budget reports for multiple properties
  • Creates action plans to improve financial position(s).
  • Manages negotiations for contract services.
  • Reviews various facilities management reports. Meets with client management team and appropriate departments to discuss, resolve and discrepancies
  • Other duties may be assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's/Engineering degree required.
  • Proven experience (at least 8years) in Facilities Management (desirable Property Management)
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, intranet/internet.
  • Ability to use work order system.
  • Working knowledge of architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • LATAM experience
  • Working knowledge of leases, contracts and related documents.
  • Proven track record in the development & implementation of strategic plans
  • High level of personal credibility, customer relationship management, networking and interpersonal skills
  • Consultative skills
