    Administrative Support Role for Public Affairs Initiatives at Herbalife

    The Public Affairs Analyst will provide critical support to the Herbalife Family Foundation (HFF), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Public Affairs teams. Key responsibilities include:

    • Maintaining HFF databases with accuracy and organization.
    • Supporting CSR and Public Affairs administrative tasks.
    • Handling purchase process submissions and follow-ups.
    • Assisting with document control and reporting.
    • Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
    • Coodinating initiatives through logistics and coordination.
    • Collaborating with teams to achieve Public Affairs goals.

    This role is an opportunity to foster strategic partnerships and drive impactful CSR and Foundation initiatives in a collaborative environment.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or similar software.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to learn internal processes and applications.
    • Effective communication in Spanish and English.
    • 2-3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in corporate or non-profit sectors.

    Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
