**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced individual to manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials in our plant. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process shipments of materials and equipment.
• Arrange for the storage of received items.
• Capture inventory data and update records as necessary.
• Deliver materials to various departments within the plant.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Process incoming invoices and update financial records.
• Manage the addition, removal, and modification of inventory items.
• Review high-cost materials and outstanding invoices.
• Notify plant users of incoming material deliveries.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
