- Implement project according to agreed and established project milestones.
- Perform system risk and feasibility analysis.
- Ensure source data and VC master data integrity during whole cycle of project implementation.
- Maintain VC master data according to source data in development system.
- Test project implementation in pre-production system.
- Validate project implementation in production system.
- Interact with project owner and other functions as required to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct root cause analysis of configuration errors at level of Frontline Sales, Supply Line and KONE factories.
- Conduct root cause analysis of warranty claims coded as configuration responsibility.
- Perform data analysis and is responsible for generating reports.
- Determine and implement corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Experienced with variant configuration or related programming language.
- Possess deep knowledge of order process flow.
- Experienced with SAP (or other ERP system) and IT background are required.
- Preferred, Scrum master experience and Agile methods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Maintains international communication skills.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish

As Variant Configuration Specialist, you will be responsible for solving any kind of variation configuration SAP problems or faults that might occur and not disposed by VC specialists.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES
Project Implementation: To provide the configuration of new products and releases, to update configuration of existing components based on the changes made by the PCM teams, to update elevator level and component level configurations, to update configuration with any kind of chance scenario.
Provide Support to ENA business to pursue any complex process and product configurations Variant configuration specialist not able to solve.
Training: Coach junior variant configuration specialist and provide training on VC programming, project implementation processes, ENA processes, and interaction with other functions.
