  • Advises and supports of HRBP the executives and associates in the allocated area of responsibility in strategic and operative HR matters if these functions are not carried out by the HR Service; he/she acts as a strategic partner for the leadership
  • Facilitates the division/site strategy in area of responsibility providing human resource strategy development, deployment of key processes and consulting support to optimize human capital and impact the business by implementing appropriate HR measures.
  • Organizational development incl. change management, restructuring
  • Supports workforce and succession planning
  • Advises leadership on labor relation topics
  • Ensure compliance with internal and legal policies/procedures
  • Continuous improvement and innovation vision
  • Develops collaborative partnerships with HR Service Organization and COEs, to deliver integrated solutions based on agreed scope of services

Requisitos:


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Planning
