Revenue Management Sr Analyst

Which is the main objective of this role?


This role will be responsible for developing and deploying robust analytical models/tools across PBF and LAB top markets in order to drive more precise, granular and dynamic decision-making within the Net Revenue Management agenda.

These analytics shall support forward-looking strategies by brand and channel to deliver a strong, consumer-centric value offer that optimizes Net Revenue, Share of Market and Profit growth in the short and long term by understanding effective price pack and portfolio mix management, as well as customer dynamics and promotional architectures.


Qualifications:

What will you be doing?

  • Support OU decisions in NRM strategy, with deep analysis including consumer and competitive insights, benchmarks and financial indicators.
  • Build harmonized, multivariable statistical models ans tools to support decisionmaking.
  • Analyze and track performance of pricing actions, focusing on price elasticities and opportunities.
  • Identify key business needs in order to define and deploy forwardlooking tooling roadmap by OU.
  • Support recurring NRM analyses for Period Operating Reviews (POR) and Revenue Councils.
  • Evaluate portfolio opportunities by category/channel based on granular competitive understanding.
  • Generate future, consumercentric pricing / pack & price strategies to drive sustainable topline growth while protecting profitability.
  • Generate trade promotion guidelines / guardrails by category and customer segment to improve ROI and optimize endtoend pricing strategy.

Who are we looking for?

  • 23 years experience in Revenue Management, Strategy, Business Analytics or Finance
  • Statistical formation
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problemsolving skills (Python or R Studio knowledge)
  • Solid database management
  • Ability to effectively utilize data from multiple data sources to draw insights and drive decisions
  • Consumer market knowledge (optional)
  • Strategic thinking
  • Modeling expert
  • External perspective
  • Acute business sense, being able to draw insights from multiple data sources
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proactivity and selfmanagement: time and tasks administration
  • Attention to detail and organization
