IT Cybersecurity Analyst

Monitor and analyze intrusion detection to identify security issues
Monitor and manage nextgeneration antivirus, EDR and DLP
Monitor and respond to threat alert from SIEM
Recognize potential, successful, and unsuccessful intrusion attempts and compromises through reviews and analyses of relevant event detail and summary information
Perform computer security incident response activities
Evaluate firewall change requests and assess organizational risk

Assist with the implementation of countermeasures or mitigating controls

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or directly related work experience
23 years of related experience in cybersecurity administration, network administration and/or server administration
Proficient knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Hyper-V, Microsoft SQL Server and Windows domain management
Experience in switch, router and firewall configuration

Skills

Proven work experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst or similar role
Experience in information security or related field
Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques
Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them
