We want you to join our work team as an HR Trainee for our plant in Toluca.

Main Purpose:
Provide broad-based frontline administrative support to the HR area focus on Trainning and People Development.

Main Responsabilities:

Maintaining employee records / update employee information (academic background)
Support in integration activities
Scalation policy support as well as follow up and implementation of actions for workers development (Blue Collars)
Support to the staff

Competencies and Knowleadge:

Basic understanding of HR procedures and processes provide general administrative HR support in all HR disciplines
Knowledge in local legal HR practices
Knowledge in MS Office
Competencies: Collaboration, Comunication skills, internal customer orientation, time management, organization, responsability and engagement
English: desearable intermidiate level
