    Product Analysis Sr Advisor I

    PRODUCT MANAGER

    Involved from conception through end of life for a specific product, product group or product line including product management, product development and business development. Product Manager is responsible for the development; implementation and full product life-cycle process of acquiring products.

    General responsibilities:

    Product Management and Product Development Responsibilities: market research and assesment, competitor analysis, go to market strategy and localized comercialization, solution roadmap definition, business case creation to bring global and regional solutions, oversight of all client requested functional changes to the solutions, management of the P&L, sales consulting and advisory to the sales team and prospective clients and cross selling opportunity to existing clients.

    Partner with IT organization to deliver products quality products and services profitably.

    Partner with the sales teams to provide RFX and opportunity management leadership in terms of product, pricing, contractual terms, service models, service levels, investment, business case creation and strategy advisory.

    Lead peers and dotted line relationships through the project lifecycle to deliver solution development efforts to win new deals and grow the existing portfolio revenue and net income. Manage issues throughout the product development process including problem identification, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication.

    Act as a primary negotiator between internal departments and clients to resolve issues and implement structural improvements to increase quality, reliability and performance of the products and services of the portfolio. Provide relevant product information and expertise engaging with clients to generate account growth in collabaration with the Relationship and Professional services teams. Assist with the education and enrollment of clients into the new product programs. May perform all supervisory duties inherent in a managerial role.

    PRODUCT MANAGEMENT:

    Assist in tracking and reporting product performance throughout its lifecycle including product strategy, product planning and issue prioritization. Assist with analysis that drives product pricing and categorization. Coordinate internal product communication and information among the areas.

    Assess market trends; assessment of the competitive market, design and upgrades of solutions. Evaluate third party vendors, collaborate in develop marketing plans, market share and pricing, analysis of product performance and on-going product upgrades and enhancements.

    PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:

    Manage product development process and design with Sales team commercialization tasks required to bring product to market. Assist in driving product development and enhancements including road map and statement of direction development. Monitor customers/prospects for awareness of customer needs and perspectives. Assist in the development of business case to support new product recommendations. Assist in managing issues throughout the process including problem identification, root cause analysis, quality assurance and client communication.

    Responsibilities:

    • Main player in the development of products, services of acquiring services.
    • Working closely with business, UX, Business planning and analytics and sales teams to understand merchant/client needs, changes in industry landscape
    • Collaborate with technical project managers and global product delivery teams in Product Design, certifications and upgrades processes in all their phases: Planning, analysis, design, development, testing and implementation.
    • Alignment to compliance, international al local regulations
    • Collaborates in financials for product roadmap (pricing, business cases construction)

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, Software Engineering, Payments Processing) or equivalent work experience. From 5 to 7 years of product and or project management experience.
    • Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization.
    • Strong background in merchant solutions or payments including acquiring/acceptance/payment processing and/or digital payments
    • Background in product development processes and project management processes
