Introduction
Service Availabilty Managers (SAMs) play a critical role in maintaining the performance,

security, and operational integrity of our environments that run our company and directly

impact end user performance. As a SAM with IBM, you will have the opportunity to help

deliver high-value IT services, as you leverage our trusted support staff and

technologies to ensure peak operational performance. Your work has a direct impact

on the day-to-day productivity of our business by ensuring end users have the services

they need to perform their daily roles.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Management, analyze requirements related to Infrastructure -Hybrid Cloud Enviroment,

have the ability to manage change and to work under stress. You are curious to learn as

demonstrated by your up-to-date Business, technical knowledge and delivery excellence.

You are a good team player and you are familiar with Agile methodologies and principles

and/or have experience working in an Agile team. We seek an applicant who will thrive in an

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience as Account Management or Scrum Manager leading a team in Agile practices and ceremonies (Coaching teams in effective use of the Scrum events: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint)
Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reviewing complex reports.
Experience using JIRA in both Agile scrum and Kanban frameworks.
Collaborating effectively with the Product Owner and customer organisation

supporting the management of the Product Backlog and planning deliverables
based on empirical data.

Strong communication skills
Speak English fluently and naturally

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Knowledge PMP
Understanding of compliance (ie. SOX) and best security practices
Scrum Master Certification (SAFe)
