Description

Primary Purpose:

Lead the deployment of the Molex Operation System in the assigned area, driving the standardization of our processes and the adoption of the MOS mental model, oriented to problem solving and root cause analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities

Standardize processes to be aligned to the company standards.
Train people on problem solving techniques and coach them to develop a problemsolving mindset.
Lead standardization and improvement projects in manufacturing.
Coach engineers in documentation and follow up of their improvement projects.
Assure governance of the daily management system in the assigned area

What you will put ahead:

Experience or knowledge of manufacturing engineering.
Experience or knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and methodologies.

Preferred: Work Experience in Connector and Cable design and manufacture:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar

Preferred:

Green belt or Black belt certification

Training in Quality

Microsoft excel proficiency.
