Your Job
You will oversee the Glass Production process for a shift in our plant and ensure high-quality products are produced on schedule for our customers.

• Drive the company's PBM culture and business transformation in the area.
• Develop and coach direct reports to maximize their contribution.

• Connect the team to the company vision and execute business objectives successfully.
• Develop capabilities to put safety first.
• Collaborate with different teams to achieve operations goals.
• This role rotates shifts in a 24/7 operating plant.

Requirements:

• Experience coaching and developing a team of operators.
• Working knowledge leading a production process to deliver exceptional results.
• Availability to rotate shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
