    The intention is to bring a candidate to a business support role, where his main responsibilities will be to provide standardized and simplified reporting, consolidation, and project analysis for the North America region.

    The ideal candidate will have strong business partnering and liaisons with the organization & will collaborate on financial transformation projects for the region on an as needed basis as we build the FP&A of the future.


    Responsibilities:
    Standardize reporting to improve communication efficiency with other stakeholders.
    Enhance efficiency & effectiveness through standardization and simplification of process & tools across the region.
    Month end close, P&L, and forecasting reporting financial activities.
    Financial performance and analysis of projects.
    Create project dashboards and provide business performance commentary.
    Efficiency and Investment Tracking dashboards.
    Collaborate and build relationships with South America team.
    Ah-doc financial reports.
    Drive financial transformation projects for the organization.

    Qualifications

    This job might be for you if you fit the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related period.

    Recent graduate or up to three years related financial experience (accounting or financial planning and reporting). Knowledge of financial modeling theory, principles, and practices. Strong financial, accounting, &analytical skills with proven business acumen.

    Moderate to advanced PC skills (emphasis on MS Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, HFM/Hyperion/Essbase, SAP, and SQL) and the ability to adapt to new systems and applications quickly.

    Possess superior Excel skills including charting and the ability to manipulate large volumes of data resulting from various sources into meaningful and dependable managerial information The right candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to work with and influence others, not only within a direct reporting relationship You are detailed oriented Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing, with the ability to build effective partnerships across teams Sense of prioritization, self-motivated; resistant to a high-pressure environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
