- Assist in setting up new merchant accounts and provide specialty reporting
- Ensure exceptional client experience and compliance with regulations
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or retail
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Experience with data management systems
- High School diploma or equivalent
