The Service and Sales Specialist is an entry level role that involves responding to customer service inquiries via phone and email, working closely with the Customer Service team to solve client issues efficiently and identify sales opportunities.

• Provide top-notch customer service to existing clients, addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and offering training support
• Engage with potential and current clients to explore growth possibilities
• Support office staff with client credit applications and transaction processing
• Analyze disbursement reports and aid providers with account reconciliation
• Help dealers process transactions using various platforms
• Manage provider enrollment kits and marketing materials
• Conduct test transactions and update provider data in systems
• Make outbound sales calls, schedule training, and update provider information
• Assist in setting up new merchant accounts and provide specialty reporting
• Ensure exceptional client experience and compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in customer service, call center, or retail
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Experience with data management systems

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent
