What will you do?
This position will report to the Order Management Team Leader and will have no direct reports.

Process incoming orders to verify all information required to complete clean order process
Coordinates customer urgencies and claims with the multifunctional team starting with the scheduling and production release
Collaborates with internal and external customers to meet requirement demands
Drives the monthly production planning of the business with the multifunctional team
Monitor, control and negotiate with customer the forecast accuracy
Analyzes the customer forecast and incoming orders
Assists in the coordination of activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs.
Identifies and resolves semicomplex problems and applies problemsolving skills in order to deal with most situations
Active participation on SO&P meetings with customers

What will you need to succeed?

Bachelor in Administration, International Business, Engineering such as Industrial or related
At least 2 years of experience in similar positions
English Advanced (Conversational)
MS Office (Excel)
Tableau, PowerBI
SAP is desirable
