What will you do?
This position will report to the Order Management Team Leader and will have no direct reports.

  • Process incoming orders to verify all information required to complete clean order process
  • Coordinates customer urgencies and claims with the multifunctional team starting with the scheduling and production release
  • Collaborates with internal and external customers to meet requirement demands
  • Drives the monthly production planning of the business with the multifunctional team
  • Monitor, control and negotiate with customer the forecast accuracy
  • Analyzes the customer forecast and incoming orders
  • Assists in the coordination of activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs.
  • Identifies and resolves semicomplex problems and applies problemsolving skills in order to deal with most situations
  • Active participation on SO&P meetings with customers

What will you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor in Administration, International Business, Engineering such as Industrial or related
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions
  • English Advanced (Conversational)
  • MS Office (Excel)
  • Tableau, PowerBI
  • SAP is desirable
