Daily activities
Conducts requirements gathering meetings with customers on existing and new processes.

Analyzes the requirements gathered and designs solutions (including the design of interfaces, processes and systems in general).
Trains the users of the different solutions in the processes that he/she has mastered and in which he/she has participated in their definition.
He takes minutes of the sessions in which he participates.
Periodic activities
Maintains a communication channel with the customer to gather their needs and validate the understanding of them.
Follows up and supports the fulfillment of deadlines, reviewing all important milestones in the execution of a project.
Generates user manuals of the certified and released solutions to the client.
Generates lists of requirements collected and follows up on their attention in the different projects in which it participates.
Supports in the generation of functionality relationships delivered in each implementation of new versions of the different solutions.
Supports in the communication with customers to inform about implementations, corrections, new functionalities and improvements to the different solutions.

Requirements:

Computer and Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related careers.
1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions: Business Analyst, Systems Engineer, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst.
Solution design and use of prototyping tools: Balsamiq, , Figma, Adobe XD, etcetera.
Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies.
Software development methodologies: Scrum, Agile, Lean, etcetera.
