Yard Staff / Operador de Patio
Buscamos a una persona que le apasione la maquinaria y la tecnología, energética, dinámica, que disfrute trabajar en equipo y tener contacto con clientes


La oportunidad:

• En este puesto deberá:
• Recibir y entregar maquinaria y equipo.
• Llevar el control de las llaves de los equipos.
• Operar montacargas y cargador frontal para carga y descarga de equipos.
• Conducir u operar maquinaria y equipo ligero.
• Cuidar que los equipos propiedad de RBA se encuentren en buen estado y llevar controles de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
• Revisar los níveles de aceite y de combustible en los equipos en venta.
• Realizar diferentes trabajos en patio.

Qué necesitamos que tenga:

• Experiência en la operación de maquinaria pesada.
• Capacidad para operar un montacargas de 36,000 lb.
• Habilidad para aprender nuevos programas y sistemas rápidamente.
• Facilidad para relacionarse con clientes.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y ayudar donde sea necesario, pero también debe tomar la iniciativa y trabajar por su cuenta.
• Ser organizado.
• Tener atención al detalle.
• Disfrutar trabajar arduamente, pero también divertirse en el trabajo.

Para este trabajo requerirá:

• Tener licencia de conducir vigente y sin antecedentes penales.
• Subir y bajar de maquinaria, equipos y camiones.
• Trabajar al exterior en el patio.
• Ocasionalmente trabajar horas extras y algunos fines de semana para los eventos de subasta.
• Fluidez en inglés escrito y hablado.
• Tener VISA es deseable.

Yard Staff In this role, you'll help our team to organize the

Polotitlan, MX yard for auctions, and you'll work at our temporary auction sites in the region.

• No auction experience is needed to work in this role Lots of handson training will be provided.

The Opportunity:

• Under the direction of the Assistant Regional Operational Manager, the Yard Worker safely receives, processes, lines up, sale day support and checkout consigned equipment for the auction. Strict adherence to the Ritchie Bros. standard of customer service is expected of the Yard Worker at all times.
• In this position you'll:_
• Receives/releases (checksin/checksout) consigned equipment for auction
• Uses an auction listing to line up equipment for display prior to auction
• Drives/operates heavy and light equipment
• Performs facility inspections (per checklists) and provides housekeeping or maintenance services as necessary
• Performs basic maintenance on RBA owned equipment
• Manages keys for equipment
• Operates forklift to load/unload stationary row equipment
• Boosts equipment
• Basic assembly of equipment i.e. dozer blades, etc.
• Checks fluid and fuel levels on equipment
• Lot number equipment
• Recognizes that Yard Staff are an integral part of the internal communications network in the yard
• Sets out signage, flagging, and trash receptacles for auction day
• Drives sound truck
• Holds 'This item for sale sign' (stick person)
• Parks sold equipment on the ramp
• Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, coworkers and customers
• Here's what you bring:

_- Experience operating heavy machinery. Able to operate a large 36,000 lbs forklift is an asset. Good spoken and written English is required. Good computer skills and able to learn new programs quickly. A track-record of working safely, and helping others work safely, too. You must be able to relate really well with customers and team members You like to work in a team, helping out wherever needed; but you can also self-start and work on your own.
