    • This position is responsible for deploying software solutions within our customer base in the field.

    • The Senior Professional Services Consultant will collaborate with various cross-functional groups throughout our customer base and within the business.

    • They will require extensive travel and direct interaction with customers on regular basis occasionally requiring delivery of formal training.

    In-depth knowledge of Email Security, specifically SME in SPF, DKIM, DMARC and BIMI required. M365 Administration or Google workspace Administration experience also desired. Mail Routing fundamentalsand experience with Secure Email gateways needed as well as understandingof SAML 2 configuration assist customers set up Single Sign On(SSI). Experience third party email senders plus Deliveries services revenue objectives maintaining billable utilization %, so delivering customer facing producttraining Support service Customers locating new external stakeholders through conflict resolution authority act defined policies area expertise/knowledge directed.
