    About you:

    We are looking for a person with the passion, purpose and professional experience to build, coordinate and implement high-impact sustainability programs in our agave agricultural operations aligned with corporate requirements. Professional with experience in project management, leadership skills, teamwork, effective and assertive communication, and the ability to influence others.

    About the role:

    • Will be responsible for coordinating, implementing and monitoring Diageo's various sustainability and spirit of progress programs within Don Julio Agavera.
    • Responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of the environment, health and prosperity initiatives of our collaborators and communities where we operate.
    • He is responsible and owner of the regenerative agriculture program in the Don Julio Agavera agave plantations.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree or Engineering completed in agronomy, biology, ecology, botany or natural resource management or some equivalent professional training.
    • 5-8 years of proven experience in implementing regenerative agriculture practices, with farmers and agricultural product supply chains, with tangible achievements.
    • 3- 5 years of experience in project management, with collaboration of multiple key partners, and under different social and cultural environments.
    • Advanced English.
