    The Associate Director Data, Digital and IT Innovative Medicines Web Product US is responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the Innovative Medicines (IM) US product team and for designing and implementing tech solutions to enable campaigns and journeys that drive customer engagement.


    Main responsibilities:

    • Drive forward thinking and innovation within business tech driven business capabilities and processes, leading conversation with consulting approach together with other DD&IT functions and partner with Business to drive Business transformation via technology, co-own transformation outcomes.
    • Creating technology business cases and investment plans, pricing out solutions with respect to internal and external resources, licenses for software, training, application security testing, ongoing operational costs, etc. Partner with finance, procurement and other internal teams.
    • Measure and drive business value of transformation initiatives underpinned by Web Products, improve the 'ease of engagement' with DD&IT for the business and function as key business partner for business continuity.
    • Articulate the voice and priorities of the customer, define the vision, roadmap, and goal of the Product, identify and prioritize features to be delivered through the product backlog and ensure that the development team understands items to the level needed.
    • Cooperate with the Product Line Manager and Product Manager to determine the resource requirements to support the product roadmap.
    • Collaborate with the Product Manager and the Scrum Master on a regular basis, help define feature acceptance criteria and test cases, act as the primary liaison with the end customer and business sponsors and deeply understand the business strategy and communicate it effectively to the development team.
    • Ensure solutions meet business and/or customer needs throughout the product lifecycle and engineering delivery, code management, DevSecOps management, automation and strive for highest efficiency.
    • Run efficient DevSecOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance in line with the specific role.     • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
    • 10 years of experience working with Web Products.
    • Strong experience with Drupal, Optimizely or similar EPI.
    • Content management system (CMS) experience.
    • Experience on US marketing, supporting life sciences company preferable.
