Misión del cargo:

Delivering the best customer support for Sports Streaming App.


Funciones del cargo:


CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
Delivering customer support by troubleshooting all inquiries regarding streaming productos (SPORTS) over the phone and online.


Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Advanced English skills B1-B
  • Customer Service experience
  • Tech skills related to streaming platforms
  • Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Availability to work on weekend.
  • Availability to work on rotative shift basis.
  • Currently living in Nuevo Leon.

Operations schedule:

Monday to Sunday 7 AM to 10 PM (8 working hours)


Training schedule:

Tuesday to Sunday 11 AM to 8 PM (6 weeks)

**Home Office depends on performance during training and Pogram's authorization.

Call Center located in Col. Los Doctores, Mty, N.L.


Requisitos:

Customer Service/Tech Support experience
High School Diploma or GED (might be unfinished)
Advanced English Skills (B1-B2)


Condiciones Oferta:


Sueldo neto mensual: 14500
