Sr Production Supervisor

Job Objective

:

Shop Lead will oversee daily production planning of the assigned facility to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.

Essential duties and responsibilities

:

Plans and organizes daily production planning.
Works directly with material handling, mounting, foam fill, and shipping to ensure production goals and objectives are met.
Complete understanding of production area.
Responsible for inventory control.
Responsible for overseeing safety, work instructions, and ISO 9001.

Performs other related duties as required.
Foreign Travel may be required for training purposes.

Requirements

:

Good problem solving abilities.
Can troubleshoot issues and determine the cause of a plan's success or failure.
Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.
Extensive knowledge of products and operations, specifically in commercial or industrial tires.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Two to three years of relevant work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication, English required.
